Key Responsibilities
Help with Daily Activities
- Assist individuals with personal care like eating, bathing, and dressing
- Support daily routines to promote a calm and healthy lifestyle
Observe and Report Changes
- Watch for changes in mood, behavior, or health
- Share updates with supervisors or nurses to help adjust care plans
Support Mental Health Treatment
- Help clients follow treatment plans from doctors and therapists
- Encourage participation in wellness activities and group programs
Promote a Safe Environment
- Ensure the living or treatment area is safe, clean, and supportive
- Follow safety guidelines to protect all clients and staff
Communicate with Families and Teams
- Talk with families and staff about client progress or concerns
- Make sure caregivers and loved ones stay informed
Encourage Independence
- Teach and guide clients to develop life skills and gain confidence
- Celebrate progress and help build self-esteem
Medication Reminders
- Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed
- Support medication tracking and organization

Qualifications
Required Skills
