Job Description
US Renal Care is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Milpitas, CA. This is a full-time job where you will help patients feel welcome and comfortable when they come to the center for care. You will also handle important office tasks like patient admissions, billing, payroll, and employee records.

What You Will Do
As a Clinical Administrative Coordinator, your daily tasks will include:
- Greeting Patients: You will meet patients as they arrive at the center. Your job is to help them feel welcome and make sure they are ready for their treatment.
- Admissions and Discharges: You will help patients fill out the right forms when they enter or leave the center.
- Office Work: You will prepare reports, manage monthly billing, and help with payroll for employees.
- Employee Records: You will keep track of employee information and help train new staff.
- Medical Records: You will make sure patient medical records are up-to-date and follow privacy rules.
- Office Supplies: You will keep track of supplies and make sure office machines are working.

Minimum Qualifications
