Main Job Duties
As a Healthcare Facility Liaison, you will have many important duties, including:
- Talking to healthcare workers: You will talk to doctors, nurses, and hospital workers to make sure they know what rules to follow and help them solve any problems.
- Checking healthcare places: You will visit hospitals and clinics to make sure they follow the rules to keep people safe.
- Helping with training: You will help organize training to teach healthcare workers how to improve care and follow the rules.
- Helping people understand healthcare rules: You will make sure everyone understands healthcare rules and what they need to do to keep patients safe.
- Making sure healthcare works well: You will check how healthcare is being delivered and make changes if needed to make it better.
- Talking to the community: You will work with other community groups to make sure people in San Diego know about healthcare services and how they can get help.
- Writing reports: You will write reports about how healthcare facilities are doing and share this information with your team.
- Solving problems: You will help fix problems that healthcare workers or patients might have.
