Job Summary
The Clinical Program Supervisor is responsible for making sure the programs that help people are running smoothly. You will supervise a team of workers who provide care, make sure that services follow rules and standards, and ensure the care people receive is high quality. You will also help with planning and improving programs, managing budgets, and making sure everyone in your team has what they need to do their jobs well.

Responsibilities
As a Clinical Program Supervisor, you will have many important tasks, including:
- Leading a Team: You will supervise and support a team of workers who provide care to people. You’ll make sure everyone knows their job and help solve any problems.
- Making Sure Programs Work: You will help make sure that our programs are running well and that people are getting the care they need.
- Improving Programs: You will work on making our programs better. This includes checking how well they’re working and making changes when needed.
- Training Team Members: You will help train new staff and give advice to the team to make sure everyone is doing their job well.
- Managing Budgets: You will help manage the budget for the programs, making sure the money is spent wisely.
- Working with Others: You will work with other departments to make sure the programs are working together smoothly.
- Making Sure Rules are Followed: You will make sure that the program follows all rules and regulations that keep it safe and effective.
Qualifications
Required Skills
To be a good fit for this job, you need to have these skills:
- Leadership: You should be good at leading a team and helping others succeed.

- Knowledge of Health Care: You should know about the basics of health care and how programs help people.

Preferred Skills
It’s helpful (but not required) if you also have:
- Experience with Program Evaluation: Knowing how to check if programs are working well and make improvements.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting different cultures and backgrounds.
- Conflict Resolution: Being able to help solve problems between team members or with clients.
- Software Skills: Knowing how to use computers or programs to track work and client information.
Education and Experience
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s Degree in a related field is helpful but not required.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience working in a job that helps people, and 2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
- Experience in managing programs or working in health services is a plus.
