Job Description
As a Behavioral Health Coach with Bend Health, you will help kids and teens feel better by talking to them and teaching them ways to manage their emotions and challenges. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including therapists and doctors, to make sure each family gets the help they need.
In this role, you will help children and teens use different techniques to deal with problems like anxiety, stress, and negative thoughts. You will guide them to understand their feelings and find solutions to feel better. You will also work from home, making it easy to have a good work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Health Coach at Bend Health, you will:
- Help Kids and Teens: Use proven techniques to help children and teens understand and manage their feelings. You will help them feel better and reach their personal goals.
- Work with a Team: You will work closely with other health professionals like doctors, therapists, and nurses to make sure each person gets the best care.
- Stay on Schedule: Make sure to keep your appointments on time and finish your notes about each session quickly.
- Use Telehealth: You will work from home and talk to kids and families over video calls.
- Help with Assessments: You will help create plans to improve the mental health of the children you work with, using evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

- Job Type: Contract
- Work Setting: Telehealth (work from home)
- Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, with peak hours from 3 PM to 8 PM Pacific Time. You may also need to work on Saturdays.
- Location: Remote (you must be located in the U.S.)
- Flexibility: You can work from anywhere as long as you have a private space to meet with families.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping kids and teens. Here’s what we are looking for:
- ICF Coaching Certification or NBC-HWC (unlicensed) preferred.
- A strong interest in mental health.
- Comfortable using technology for telehealth, including video calls.
- Able to stay organized in a busy, changing environment.
- Have a warm and friendly coaching style that helps kids and teens feel comfortable.
- Be passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals.
