Job Description:

As a Therapy Coordinator, your main job will be to help schedule therapy sessions for our patients. You will use a special software called Home Care Home Base to set up appointments with therapists. You will also help keep track of therapy schedules and talk to patients, families, and healthcare teams.

This job involves a lot of organizing and talking to people. It’s important that you are detail-oriented, good at managing your time, and able to communicate clearly with everyone.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule Therapy Sessions: You will help set up therapy appointments using our computer system.
• Talk to the Therapy Team: You will work with physical, speech, and occupational therapists to make sure everything is organized.
• Help Patients and Families: You will be the person they call if they have questions about therapy times or need help.
• Keep Records: You will keep track of patient information, therapy schedules, and documents.
• Do Office Tasks: You will help with office work like faxing, scanning, and organizing papers.
• Follow the Rules: You will make sure everything is done according to the guidelines and rules.
