Job Summary
As a Risk Assessment and Mitigation Specialist, your job will be to find out what risks might happen and how serious they could be. You will work on ways to reduce those risks to keep everyone safe. You will also need to make sure our work follows all the rules and laws. This job is perfect for someone who likes to think ahead and find solutions to problems!
Responsibilities
Here are some of the things you will do in this job:
- Finding Risks: Look at different projects to see what could go wrong and how it might affect people.
- Making Plans: Create plans to help lower the risks so that everyone stays safe.
- Following Rules: Make sure that everything we do follows the laws and rules for safety.
- Working with Others: Talk to different people, like your teammates and community members, to understand their concerns about safety.
- Teaching: Help train others about how to manage risks and stay safe at work.
- Writing Reports: Write clear reports that explain what risks were found and what we will do about them.
- Improving Processes: Stay updated on the best ways to manage risks and suggest improvements.
