Job Summary
A Public Safety Analyst helps the sheriff’s department understand and solve community safety issues. In this role, you will study data, find patterns, and make reports to help keep the community safe. You will work closely with officers and the public to improve safety for everyone.
Key Responsibilities
As a Public Safety Analyst, you will have important duties that help protect the community. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Collect Data: Gather information from police reports, emergency calls, and community feedback.
- Analyze Data: Study patterns and trends in safety data to help prevent problems.
- Create Reports: Make easy-to-read reports and summaries for officers and department leaders.

Salary Range:
- Starting from $55,000 to $70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
