The Department of Molecular Metabolism at Harvard University is looking for an Executive Assistant to help support their work. This position is a great opportunity to work closely with top scientists and researchers at one of the world’s best universities. The Executive Assistant will work directly with Dr. Gökhan S. Hotamışlıgil, who is the Director of the Center for Molecular Metabolism at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In this job, you will help Dr. Hotamışlıgil and his team by making sure the office runs smoothly. You will also help manage schedules, travel, meetings, and special events. The position is hybrid, meaning you can work both in the office and from home, making it flexible for you.
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in making sure everything in the lab runs well. You’ll help organize Dr. Hotamışlıgil’s calendar, plan travel, set up events, and handle sensitive information carefully. This is an exciting chance to be part of a team that is working to improve public health by studying diseases like cancer, Alzheimer’s, and diabetes.

This is a hybrid job, so you will work in the office about 3-4 days a week, but you can also work from home some days. The position is full-time and will last until June 30, 2025, with the possibility of being extended.
