Job Description: Caregiver Entry Supervisor
As a Caregiver Entry Supervisor, your job will be to help manage the team that processes new hire packets for caregivers. You will make sure all new caregivers have their paperwork filled out correctly and entered into our system. This role is important because it helps make sure our caregivers can start their jobs on time, without any problems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee caregiver new hire packets: You will make sure all paperwork for new caregivers is completed and accurate.
- Manage a team: Lead the team that handles the new hire paperwork, making sure everything is running smoothly.
- Ensure compliance: Make sure all rules and laws are followed in the paperwork process.
- Solve problems: If there are any issues with the paperwork, you will help fix them so there are no delays in payment.
- Support others: Provide excellent help to coworkers and clients who need assistance with the paperwork process.
- Work well with others: You will work with different teams, including payroll and HR, to make sure everything is done on time.
- Supervise and train: Help hire, train, and guide new team members.
- Keep learning: Help your team keep learning new things to improve their work and skills.
Who We Need:
The perfect person for this job will be someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping others. You should have good leadership skills and be able to solve problems when things go wrong. You should also be comfortable talking to people, both in writing and in person.
Qualifications:
- Education: An associate’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of office work experience is preferred.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of experience leading a team is preferred.
- Internet access: You will need to have a reliable internet connection if you are working remotely or in a hybrid position.
- Communication skills: You must be able to communicate well with others, both in writing and speaking.
- Computer skills: You should know how to use basic office tools like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Problem-solving: You should be good at figuring out problems and finding solutions.
- Multitasking: You will need to juggle many tasks at once, so being able to handle multiple things at the same time is important.
Physical Requirements:
- You will spend a lot of time sitting and using a computer.
- You may need to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time.
- You will work in an office environment where there may be some noise.
