What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst, your main tasks will include:
Analyzing Data to Help Us Improve
- Collect information on how we do things now.
- Look at the data to find areas we can improve.
- Share your findings with our team in simple words.
Helping Our Team Work Better
- Suggest ideas to make our work faster and more accurate.
- Work with different teams to make these changes happen.
- Make sure we follow industry standards and use best practices.
Helping with Projects
- Assist in managing projects that make our services better.
- Keep track of the progress of projects and help keep everyone on schedule.
- Create reports and summaries of each project’s progress.
Working with Different Teams
- Work together with healthcare staff and office staff.
- Share helpful insights with other teams to improve collaboration.
- Explain data results in simple language so everyone can understand.
What You Need to Have

- Good with Numbers: Able to look at data and pick out important information.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of Finances: Knowledge of budgeting and managing costs.
Education and Experience Needed
For this job, we prefer applicants with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in business analysis, project management, or data analysis.
- Internship Experience in a related area is also valuable.

Location
This job is based in Harris County, Houston, Texas. You will mostly work from our offices, but you may need to travel within the county for certain tasks. There may also be chances for remote work based on project needs.
