About the Role
As the Revenue and Budget Manager, you will oversee the agency’s finances. You’ll manage budgets, identify funding opportunities, ensure compliance, and help departments plan their financial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage annual budgets
- Identify and secure funding through grants and partnerships
- Prepare clear and accurate financial reports
- Support other departments with budgeting and proposals
- Help create and update financial policies
- Train staff on financial processes
- Coordinate and prepare for audits
Qualifications
Required
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Clear communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to solve problems and work with others
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Understanding of government or nonprofit finance
- Leadership experience in financial management
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least five years of experience in budgeting or financial management, ideally in the public or nonprofit sector
