Job Description
As a Home Health Aide at Sterling Park Assisted Living, your main job will be to help residents with their daily activities. By doing so, you will make their lives easier and more comfortable. You will work with a team to make sure that each resident gets the care they need based on their personal care plans.
In this role, you will help residents with tasks like getting dressed, bathing, eating, and cleaning. You will follow the care plans to make sure that each person gets the help they need. At Sterling Park, we believe in giving the best care to our residents while also making sure our staff feel valued and supported.
Job Details
Position Type:
- Full-Time
- PRN (as needed)
Shifts Available:
- AM (morning), PM (afternoon), and NOC (night) shifts available. You can choose the shift that works best for you.
Hourly Pay:
- Up to $24 an hour

These benefits are available to full-time employees. If you work in Minnesota, you can get PTO, even if you are part-time.

Job Summary
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will help residents with many daily activities. Your tasks may include:
- Helping residents get dressed and undressed
- Helping with bathing and other personal hygiene tasks
- Helping residents with eating and drinking
- Cleaning and organizing personal spaces for residents
- Following each resident’s care plan to make sure they are getting the right help
You will follow safety rules to make sure both residents and staff are safe. You will also interact kindly with residents and their families. Your job will make a big difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, caring, and professional with residents, families, and team members
- Follows the care plan and safety rules to keep everyone safe
- Can do the essential tasks of the job, with or without help
- Can work well with other people and be part of a team
